Dry Pole Campground is located on the C.M Russell Trail and provides plenty of recreational access. Find great brook trout fishing in the South Fork of the Judith River which runs through the canyon. You will pass by Sapphire Village, and the the Blue Nugget Bar/Restaurant with basic amenities as you head towards the campground. The campground itself has an amazing view of Russell Point overlooking the river.
RESERVATIONS FOR CAMPING ARE NOT REQUIRED. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

30 Miles from Highway 87 and the town of Windham:
Starting from Highway 87, turn onto MT-541 for 11 miles until you reach the town of Utica, at the Utica Loop turn right onto the gravel road, Pigeye Rd, which turns into S. Fork Road and keep going for about 18.5 miles, campground will be on the left.
