Camp Near Sluice Boxes State Park 4,601 ft.
This is an amazing campground in the Little Belt Mountains located 15 miles or 40 minutes from Highway 89 on Logging Creek Road. This area is incredibly beautiful and equally peaceful, but the best part is you can interact with it. Explore the many trails in the area by motorbike, 4x4, ATV, hiking or biking. Located only 4.5 miles north of Deep Creek Trailhead that has great motor biking, ATV and horseback access. The campground is located very close to the creek itself where you can catch smaller mountain trout. There are 22 campsites with a metal grills and fire pits and 2 public bathrooms and it is $10 per night, reservations not required. Remember to share the trail and pack it in pack it out!
